Sharon Allan - President
Sharon is President of Elster Integrated Solutions.  She is responsible for EIS' overall business and growth strategy involving the development, operations, and support of mobile and fixed network metering solutions.  She joined Elster in 1997 from IBM and most recently was chief knowledge officer of Elster Electricity.  In 2002, she was named one of the '50 Key Women in Energy' for her global leadership in the area of innovation and creativity within the industry.  Prior to joining Elster, Sharon spent a combined 13 years with IBM and E.I. DuPont in a variety of positions of increasing responsibility.  Sharon has an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and undergraduate degree in electrical engineering from the University of Florida.

Sheri L. Rieves – Executive Administrator
Sheri is the Assistant to the President and the EIS team.  Prior to joining EIS she has worked for other high-level executives for such companies as Motricity, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Lockheed Martin, Steptoe & Johnson and The Generation Companies.  She comes with over 20 years of experience in this field.  Sheri is also a Notary Public.  She is currently attending Strayer University to complete her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.


Scott Durham - Vice President Sales, Strategic Accounts
Scott Durham joined EIS in September 2006.  Scott is responsible for managing the EIS system sales team. Prior to joining EIS, Durham spent nearly seven years as Vice President of Sales at Datamatic, Ltd., a utility metering automation and data management systems company and brings 23 years of sales, marketing, operations management, and business development experience.  Scott holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California.


Dr. Robert Dumas - Vice President Customer Deployment and Project Support
Bob is the Vice President of Customer Deployment and Project Support responsible for AMI project implementation and ongoing support worldwide for Elster Integrated Solutions. He joined Elster in 1999 as manager of AMR system projects. Bob has 25 years of experience in the electric utility industry including 17 years with Dominion Virginia Power. Bob's experience spans nuclear fuel cycle core design, nuclear power plant instrumentation and power distribution system design and implementation, energy management systems, transmission SCADA and fossil plant emissions control and air pollution modeling. Bob has a BS in Nuclear Engineering, an MS in Environmental Engineering and a PhD. in Environmental Engineering, all from NC State University. Bob is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina and Virginia.


Raymond Kelley - Vice President Software Development
Raymond Kelley is the Vice President of Software Development responsible for the design, and development of EIS's fixed network and mobile AMI solutions.  Raymond joined ABB/Elster in 1992 as a system architect and lead developer for ABB's distribution and outage management systems.  In 1996, he became the development manager for a group that designed and developed a large scale AMR Data Collection and Meter Data Management System.  Raymond currently directs the development of Elster's EnergyAxis MAS System, Elster's Route Manager VRT System, and Elster's Meridian System.  Raymond has 20 years' experience in system architecture, design, and development of large scale data collection and control systems including 6 years at AT&T Bell Labs.   He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from The Citadel, and an M.S. in Computer Engineering from Clemson University.  Raymond is a member of IEEE has published several articles and holds multiple US and foreign patents within the AMR and AMI domain.

Victor Sitton - Vice President Product Marketing
Victor is the Vice President of Product Marketing responsible for product marketing and product management activities within Elster Integrated Solutions.  He joined Elster in 1989 and most recently was the product manager for Elster Electricity's ALPHA line of solid state commercial and industrial meters.  Victor has over 15 years of experience with the electricity metering industry and during his time with Elster has held multiple roles in marketing, sales, product management and business development.  Victor has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.

Marvin Baker - Vice President Engineering and Quality
As Vice President of Engineering and Quality, Marv is responsible for the development of AMI products and for maintaining EIS' high standards of quality.  The engineering group develops products for gas, electric and water utility customers, including transponders, interrogators, collectors, and home display items for drive-by and fixed AMI systems.  He joined Elster in 2006 and has worked for over 25 years in the development of RF communication products and systems, with General Electric, Harris Corporation, Ericsson, Inc., and Samsys Technologies.  Marv has a BSEE from the University of Virginia and an MSEE from Syracuse University.  He has published multiple technical papers and is a patent holder.
