Support Analyst
Primary responsibilities
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 customer application and system level support for an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system. Analyze RF communications and network topology using proprietary and commercially available tools. Travel required up to 10 percent - mostly domestic but some international travel may be required.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Minimum of five years customer support experience.
• Basic understanding of electricity/gas/water metering and electric utilities is highly desired.
• Knowledge of handheld and En-route meter reading systems is a plus.
• Candidate should have ability to learn an AMI application, and provide application and system level support to the customers.
• Experience with Mapinfo or other mapping tools is a plus.
• Exhibit excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
